Improving the Sleep Environment for Autistic Sleepers

Some sleepers, particularly in the autism community are especially sensitive to their sleep environments, which makes sleep difficult for them and their families. The zPods Sleep Foundation studies the impact of sleep environment on sleep quality for autistic and other individuals. We also donate resources to those we serve for the benefit of them and their families.
